The Cinder Sweeper

click for an even bigger image In bygone times brooms like the Villager were used by the hearth. In those times the hearth was considerably larger than now as that is where the cooking was done. Now, however, our fireplaces are much smaller. This sweeper is a scaled down (smaller) replica of the Villager designed with YOUR contemporary fireplace in mind. It measures 30 inches.
